Different antibodies were used to examine the immune cells of the murine cornea. All primary antibodies and OVA were conjugated with either Alexa Fluor 488 (green) or Alexa Fluor 594 (red) using the Monoclonal Antibody Labeling Kit according to the manufacturer's (Molecular Probes, Eugene, OR) instructions.
