Primers labeled with 6-carboxy-fluorescein, incorporated at the boldface, lowercase, underlined nucleotides. Lowercase letters (at the 5′ end) represent the nucleotides added to the sequence according to the LUX system for real-time PCR. The primer sequences were determined based on the sequence of the following TOBEST clusters: β-actin (TOBC110E12), GAPDH (TOBC010F09), and polyubiquitin (TOBC018H09).
