Table 2. Initial values of variables in the model.
Variable1 | Initial Value2 | Unit | Reference |
N 0 | 1 | µM | [23], [36] |
R 0 | 1.64 | µM | [23], [36] |
G 0 | 0.273 | µM | [36] |
E 0 | 0.136 | µM | [36] |
V is0 | −62 | mV | [72] |
V id0 | −62 | mV | V id0 = V is0 |
V ea0 | 35 | mV | [81] |
V ed0 | 35 | mV | V ed0 = V ea0 |
In this and other tables (and in text) a dual notation is used: roman (e.g. PKC) for a species and italic (e.g. PKC) for its concentration.
For all other variables (L 0, LN 0, RL 0, R* 0, G* 0, G b0, G r0, E* 0, IP 30, DAG 0, Ca 0, CaCaM 0, PKCDAG 0, PKC* 0) the initial values were taken as zero.
