Phagocytosis of IgG-sensitized SRBC. SRBC were labeled with ⁵¹Cr and rabbit anti-SRBC IgG, and added to cultured BMM (A) or adherent spleen macrophages (B). Each point represents data from four separate experiments using BMM from different SLP-76^−/− and control mice (mean ± SD). Counts per minute (CPM) were adjusted to account for differences in the specific radioactivity of SRBC in each experiment. Ingested CPM with radioactive SRBC in the absence of IgG was <2,000 in all experiments.
