Competition with unfused receptors. Type 293T cells were transfected with equal amounts of plasmids for CXCR4 (A) or CXCR7 PCA homodimers (B) and unfused CXCR4 or CXCR7 or vector control. At 48 h after transfection, cells were treated for 2 h with increasing concentrations of CXCL12 before quantifying bioluminescence.
