The relative conductance curves are fit with Boltzmann functions with the following parameter values: for 1 mM Ba2+: V1/2 = −8 mV, δz = 1.2, scaling factor = 0.5, and residual GREL = 0.1; for 0.1 mM spermine: V1/2 = −21 mV, δz = 2.5, scaling factor = 0.9, and residual GREL = 0.1.
