Heat capacity data from Scholtz etal41. This data was not used to obtain the best fit parameter values. Solid line is the theoretical prediction while data points are shown in filled circle. Red curve is produced using single helical sequence approximation with the parameter values z = 6.83, εhb = 1.14 kcal/(mol-residue), εnuc = 1.08kcal/mol-residue whereas the blue curve was produced by using two helical sequence approximation with the parameter values z = 7.43, εhb = 1.2 kcal/(mol- residue), εnuc = 1.0 kcal/mol-residue.
