Reconstruction algorithm results for models derived from multi-class predicted contact maps with (M_TE) and without (M_AI) allowing homology information. Note that, since no templates are allowed that show a sequence identity greater than 95% to the query, the M_TE results are based on a mixture of good, bad and no templates (see Figure 6 for a sample distribution of template quality). The reported values are the average over the 10 runs of simulated annealing.
