GLV-1h99 growth curve in PANC-1 cells. PANC-1 cells grown in 6-well plates were infected with GLV-1h68 or GLV-1h99 at a MOI of 0.01. Three wells of each virus were harvested at 24, 48, and 72 hpi. GLV-1h99 gave significantly higher viral yields (P < 0.01) at all time points compared with its parent virus, GLV-1h68. The values are the mean of triplicate samples, and the bars indicate SD.
