Heat-induced aggregation of Sac10b homologs. Recombinant proteins Ssh10b, Mja10b, Mth10b, Mma10b, and Mvo10b were suspended at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml in buffer containing 10 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.0) and 10% (vol/vol) glycerol.
