Response of MyD88−/− and TLR7−/− F-DC to rwt and rM51R-M virus. F-DC generated from wt and MyD88−/− (A) or TLR7−/− (B) mice were infected with VSV at MOIs of 0.1 and 1 PFU/cell and treated with Lox, LPS, or poly(I-C) for 24 h.
