Protective effect of vitamin E against CPFX-induced cytotoxicity. Fibroblasts were preincubated with 50 μM vitamin E (4 h) at 37°C before the addition of 75 mg/l CPFX. After a 48-h incubation, survival was determined via NR method and expressed as the percent value of the control.
