The anchor motif of I-A^q would exist at P1, P4 and P7, therefore we predicted the binding motif from amino acid sequences of I-A^q restricted epitopes on murine RNase_90–105, myelin basic protein_89–101, chicken type II collagen_181–209, rat type II collagen_256–270, bovine type II collagen_256–270 and mouse type II collagen.
