Myofibril Mg²⁺-ATPase activity and Ca²⁺-sensitivity were measured at pCa of 8.0-4.0 at 18°C. Maximum actomyosin Mg²⁺-ATPase activity (V_max) was measured at pCa 4.0. All data are presented as mean±SE (n=5).
