Amplification reactions were run in triplicate (without target capture). The slope and R² values were determined from log copy points 1.7 to 7.7 (50 to 5 × 10⁷ copies per reaction). B) Specificity of the miR-221 assay using the corresponding synthetic miR-221 target as compared to synthetic miR-222, miR-30b, and miR-802 targets.
