Selected miRNA shows opposite changes between liver and plasma samples based on microarray results. The miRNA species that are predominantly expressed in the liver are down-regulated (green bars) in liver upon acetaminophen exposure; however, the level of these miRNA species showed a higher level in the corresponding plasma (red bars).
