EL4 cells were incubated in high glucose (4.5 mg/ml) medium (dotted line) or in medium lacking glucose (green) or supplemented with 2.5 mM of palmitate (orange) for 18 hours. Surface expression of H2Kb, H2Db, CD32, CD45.2, TCR-β and CD5 (Ly1) was determined by flow cytometry analysis. Representative histograms of one of three independent experiments are depicted.
