Knockdown of LANP results in alterations in expression of numerous genes. RNA was isolated from PC12 cells 48 h after transfection with siRNA targeting LANP and control siRNA. DNase-treated RNA was subjected to quantitative RT-PCR analysis employing primers to amplify the indicated transcripts.
