Knockdown of LANP results in hyperacetylation at the NF-L promoter.
A, PC12 cells were transfected with siRNA targeting LANP or control
siRNA. 48 h post-transfection, cells were processed for chromatin
immunoprecipitation with anti-acetyl H3 (H3 ac), anti-H3 total
antibody, or IgG (serving as a negative control). PCR was performed to amplify
the promoter region of NF-L and GAPDH (control). Pre-immunoprecipitated lysate
served as input. B, qPCR analysis quantified the pulldown.
