Table 2. Relative activity comparing with LPO.

Relative activity is expressed as percentage of LPO activity. Luminol oxidation was carried out in HBSS solution with 1 mM luminol and 100 µM H2O2.RLU was recorded using a FluoStar™ luminometer. Data are the average of three independent experiments.
