Radial endoscopic ultrasound of the stomach showing a focal hypoechoic lesion involving the mucosal layers. Within the lesion, there are hyperechoic foci with shadowing consistent with calcifications. The depth of the lesion could not be determined due to the shadowing artifact produced by the calcifications. The remainder of the gastric wall at this level appears normal
