All models were adjusted for age, centre, physical activity, level of education, smoking habits, alcohol intake, drugs for hypertension and dyslipidaemia, energy intake (without alcohol), dieting, and diet quality index.
Median intake values were 177, 175, and 33 g/day for grain, dairy products, and fish, respectively.
