The phosphorylated amino acids detected by the various anti-phospho 4E-BP1 and anti-phospho-Akt antibodies are shown next to the bars. The anti-phospho-S6K antibody detected phosphorylation at Thr (T)389. The anti-phospho-rpS6 antibody detected phosphorylation at Ser (S)235/236.
