Ser¹¹⁷⁷ (A) and Thr⁴⁹⁵ (B) phosphorylation of eNOS in pulmonary arteries isolated from control (normoxia) and prenatal hypoxia groups. Tissue lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-eNOS antibody and immunoblotted with antibodies recognizing Ser¹¹⁷⁷- or Thr⁴⁹⁵-phosphorylated eNOS. To ensure equal loading in each lane, blots were reprobed with anti-eNOS antibody. The level of Ser¹¹⁷⁷ or Thr⁴⁹⁵ phosphorylation of eNOS was quantified by scanning densitometry and normalized to eNOS.
