Phenotypic analysis of photorespiratory mutants grown at elevated (3%) CO2 levels for 10 d at 22°C in long days (16 h white light at 100 μmol·m−2·s−1: 8 h dark) and then transferred to ambient CO2 levels for 5 d. Enzymes are presented as mean ± sd based on at least two biological replicates, each with at least three technical replicates. Pmas indicates the A. tumefaciens mas promoter. All genotypes presented in this table were confirmed by sequencing of regions diagnostic for either the endogenous or the transgenic locus (see Supplemental Figure 2 online).
