Release profiles for lysozyme and IgG through hydrogels of different peptide nanofiber densities. Hydrogels consisted of self-assembling peptide Ac-(RADA)4-CONH2 with concentrations of 0.5% wt/vol (▴), 1.0% wt/vol (□), and 1.5% wt/vol (●). Release experiments were performed in PBS (pH 7.4) at room temperature. Data points represent the average of 5 samples with calculated SD <12%.
