Worms harboring a pgpd-2::gfp promoter fusion were ranked as: Dim Fluorescence, Medium Fluorescence and High Fluorescence based on visual inspection. Each bar represents a different population (N = 80 worms). Two separate observations were made for each condition. See Figure S5 for representative high- and dim-fluorescence populations.
