The parameter values are estimated from simultaneous fits of the data in figure 4 to equation 1 except for KII which is given by the definition of the allosteric coupling parameter Q, KII = KIIo/Q. The 95% confidence intervals for the parameter estimates from the fit are shown in parenthesis, and the interval for KII is propagated from those for KIIo and Q.
