The parameter values are estimated from simultaneous fits of the data in figure 4 to equation 1 except for K_II^∞ which is given by the definition of the allosteric coupling parameter Q, K_II^∞ = K_II^o/Q. The 95% confidence intervals for the parameter estimates from the fit are shown in parenthesis, and the interval for K_II^∞ is propagated from those for K_II^o and Q.
