Influence of choline on thermal stability of LytC lysozyme
Measurements were in Pi buffer at a scan rate of 20.4 °C/h. ΔHcal is the calorimetric enthalpy change/mol of monomer obtained by integration of the endotherm. Tm1 and Tm2 are, respectively, the maximum temperatures for the CBB and the CM. Estimated errors are ±10% in ΔHcal and ±0.1-0.3 °C in Tm.
