Influence of choline on thermal stability of LytC lysozyme

Measurements were in P_i buffer at a scan rate of 20.4 °C/h. ΔH_cal is the calorimetric enthalpy change/mol of monomer obtained by integration of the endotherm. T_m1 and T_m2 are, respectively, the maximum temperatures for the CBB and the CM. Estimated errors are ±10% in ΔH_cal and ±0.1-0.3 °C in T_m.
