(S), root (R), cauline leaf (CL), and inflorescence
(IN) of 5-week-old Arabidopsis plants were harvested at 4 h
after the illumination. A, relative levels of PMI1 and
PMI2 were determined by real time PCR. Relative levels of the
transcripts were normalized to Actin2 mRNA (= 1%). Error
