Spectra obtained in the saturation transfer experiment. Representative regions of the 1H-15N HSQC spectra of the 2H,15N-labeled MGL1-LewisX complex without (left) and with (right) irradiation at 3.7 ppm are shown. Cross-sections parallel to the 1H axis at the positions of the broken horizontal lines are shown above the two-dimensional spectra. The concentrations of the MGL1 and the LewisX trisaccharide were 1.1 and 1.3 mm, respectively. The sample was dissolved in 20% H2O, 80% D2O containing 2 mm CaCl2 and 50 mm NaCl. The spectra were recorded at 15 °C and a 1H frequency of 600 MHz.
