ICAM1 (1 µg/ml) was preincubated with buffer or various concentrations of mAb My13 and then tested for binding to DBL2βC2_{PF11_0521}-coupled beads (average of duplicate measurements, error bars indicate standard deviations). Negative control values (signal from HisAdEx-coupled beads) were measured simultaneously in the same wells and subtracted from the signals obtained with DBL2C2_{PF11_0521} domain.
