PA-824 concentrations in BAL fluid 32 h after dosing. While no PA-824 was found in the lung fluid for drug given as an i.v. solution or an oral mixed micelle suspension, powders given by insufflation (Insuff) showed sustained levels of PA-824 in the lungs after 32 h.
