Phylogenetic analysis of the amino acid translations of the dominant HAarrA fragment (SLAb1 clone G3) retrieved from the Searles Lake antibiotic enrichment culture. Several representative environmental arrA clones, as well as arrAs of a subset of bacteria, were included in the analysis. Only nodes with bootstrap values greater than 50% from 1,000 replications were retained in the final phylogenetic tree.
