Cells were fractionated into cytosolic (C), organellar (O), nuclear (N), and cytoskeletal (S) fractions. Western blots detected His-tagged IE2 in noncytosolic fractions and a significant β-actin shift into the nuclear fractions in vAcIE2-transduced cells.
