Effect of SINV infection and IFN-γ treatment on Stat-2, Stat-3, and Stat-5 phosphorylation in CSM14.1 cells. Differentiated CSM14.1 cells were infected with SINV and treated with 100 U IFN-γ/ml 24 h after infection. Cell lysates were analyzed for levels of Stat-2 and phosphorylated Stat-2 (A), Stat-3 and phosphorylated Stat-3 (B), and phosphorylated Stat-5 (C) by immunoblotting.
