4A: Percent injected dose per organ was significantly increased in excised aortas and carotid arteries of apoE-/- when compared to wild type mice (*p<0.05).

4B: Exposure of excised aortas on the phosphor imager corroborated in vivo imaging findings of high activity in the aortic root and arch of apoE-/- mice. The color legend depicts signal intensity on autoradiography, correlating with activity and 64Cu-TNP accumulation in the tissue.
