CD spectra of OmpF-OPOE (), BR-OG () and Ste2p-DM (). The OmpF-OPOE spectra is consistent with a primarily beta-sheet structure, while the BR-OG suggests that the structure is predominantly α-helical. The Ste2p-DM spectra suggests that there is a mixture of secondary structures.
