Note that dose over 1 micromolar completely inhibited branch formation. The results represent the mean ± SD (n = 3). (B). Anti-angiogenic effect of IMS2186 in vivo. Compared to the control group, VEGF enhanced angiogenesis (p = 0.03), while IMS2186 treatment reduced angiogenesis to the level which was not different from that of the control group (p = 0.4).
