Prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) stages 1–4 using the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) Study, Mayo, and Cockcroft-Gault glomerular filtration rate (GFR) estimating equations and non-sex-specific albumin-creatinine ratio (ACR) cut points.
