Proton Inventories for Saccharopine Dehydrogenase. Solvent deuterium dependence of n(V2) (A) and n(V2/KLys) (B) (ratio of V2 and V2/KLys at n fraction of D2O to that at 99.9% D2O) on the fraction of deuterium (n) in solvent. Velocities were measured at pH(D)-independent value of 7.1 in 100% H2O, 25% D2O, 50% D2O, 75% D2O, and ∼100% D2O. Points are experimental values, and curves are drawn by eye.
