Product profiles for the reduction of Dht and Tib and their conjugates catalyzed by AKR1C isoforms
Values for Dht were calculated based on the specific activity values for 3α- and 3β-reduction measured by radiometric assay (5). Values for other steroids are ratios of peak areas of the ions of 3α and 3β products on LC-MS chromatograms.
