The inset shows the r.m.s.d. values for the Cα atoms of residues 93–105. Superposition was performed with LSQkab of the CCP4 program suite (48, 36); the average r.m.s.d. value for TIPS and WT is 0.138 Å; for T97I and WT the average r.m.s.d value is 0.097 Å.
