Super p53 expression vector p53F46 or p53Δ364-393 was co-transfected with four-base A/T core sequence p53 promoter response elements into H1299 cells, and the folds of luciferase promoters activity induction compared to the pcDNA3.0 as 1. Both super p53 mutants can activate with higher activity than wild-type p53 at the four-base A/T gap core sequence of p53 promoter response element.
