Distances refer to Y chromosome sequence assembly NCBI35. Where multiple Y chromosome orthologues exist, the locations of all copies are shown on the Y chromosome. The exception is TSPY, which has ~35 copies in an array centred at approximately 9.5 Mb on the Y chromosome41.
