(B) Results of insulin tolerance test in normal and GHRKO mice that were fed AL or subjected to 30% CR between 2 and 12 months of age. All groups were randomly fed (100% AL) overnight. Mice were injected intraperitoneally with insulin (0.75 U/kg of body weight).
