Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation with arrowheads denoting days of injection. For 0 through 1 mg/kg, 10 rats were sampled per dose per time-point through Day 188, Day 195 represented 18–20 animals while the remaining time-points represented 5 animals. Six to 10 rats were sampled per dose group for each time-point for the 10 mg/kg group.
