Notes: For the mammalian and yeast complexes, only those subject to biochemical purification are listed here. For complexes in Drosophila, C. elegans and Arabidopsis, little biochemical purification has been performed, so the listed subunits are based on sequence and functional similarity with counterparts in yeast and mammals. In the CoREST complex, there is only a sub-stoichiometric amount of CtBP1, and so are JMJD2A and Kaiso in N-CoR/SMRT complexes.
