In two separate experiments (A and B), serum-starved cells were treated with GH (0–125 ng/ml) for 10 min before detergent extraction. Equal amounts of protein were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted sequentially with anti-P-JAK2 and anti-JAK2 (A) and anti-P-STAT5, anti-STAT5, anti-P-ERK, and anti-ERK (B).
