Parent and mutant cells were grown and visualized as described in Fig. 3. Mitochondrial velocities were measured as described in MATERIALS AND METHODS. Polarized movement refers to the percentage of motile mitochondria that show net displacement toward the bud. ND, not determined; n, number of cells observed.
